4. What are some tips to suggest when creating my profile?
The number of replies you get from other members will depend greatly on the quality of your profile. Here are some helpful tips that will help you:
Upload a photograph: People like to see who they're writing to and as a result, profiles with photographs get up to ten times more clicks as profiles that don't have one. You can either upload a photo from a digital camera or a scanner.
Complete your registration form sincerely. Think before you write: Feel free to write as much as you want in “Talk about yourself” box. Tell other members about yourself, for instance: your likes and dislikes, things you enjoy doing, what line of work you're in, what your personality is like, even your hopes and dreams. The better your profile describes you, the more likely it is that others will read and respond to it. If you can't think of anything right away, you can always add more later.

7. How do I update my profile?
To update your profile:
- Log into the site using your Username (handle) and password from hopepage.
- Click on the "Modify profile" link.
- Enter your new personal information in the appropriate boxes and, click “Submit” button to save your change.

8. Why was my modified profile denied?
If your modified profile was denied, it was most likely denied for one or more of the following reasons:
- Containing personal contact information
- Not meeting the minimum word count
- Having repetitive or invalid content
- Including banned or inappropriate topics
- The account handle is inappropriate for the site
- The language used is not supported by the site
To restore your profile, simply update your profile by going to the "Member services" page and click the "Modify profile” link and alter the content to meet with site standards. Once you submit it, our team will review it again.

9. Are profiles censored? Is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?
Yes. All member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified, must be approved by Datingasianbeauty webmasters. We reserve the right to refuse or delete any profile content or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal contact information in “talk about yourself “of profile, including but not limited to: your home address, a personal beeper, cell or telephone number, a "real" email address or personal web address. Any repeat offenders of this rule will be banned from the Datingasianbeauty site until such information is removed from their profile. Because this is a violation of our Terms of Use, repeat offenses may result in the termination of your account without warning or refunds.

10. How do I change my password/email?
In order to change your password:
- Log into the site using your Username(handle) and password.
- Click on the "Change email/password" link.
- Enter your both current email and current password and new email or passwords in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Submit" button.
Note: If you wish to keep your existing email or password, please do not fill in the new email or new password box.

If you are standard member, Your mails will be sent to the member whom you write to directly with your member number and your email address (in the mean time you will receive a copy of it in your sent message box). If she/he is interested in you, she/he will reply you by your email address.
If you are trial member, Your mails will be sent to the member whom you write to her/his inbox in this website with your member ID(in the meantime, she/he will receive a message to inform there is a new message waiting for her/him at datingasianbeauty.com. ). If she/he is interested in you, she/he will reply to your inbox in this website.

- Log into “Member services”.
- Click "Mailbox” link.
- Click on the "ID" link in Inbox.
- This will show you any messages that you have received.

15. How do I upload my photos?
Adding photos to your profile is an excellent idea that will substantially increase the number of responses you get from other members. To upload a photo, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "Update your photos" link on your “member services” page.
- Click on the "Upload" link in the slot that you want to upload the photo to.
- Click on "Browse" and select the file you want to upload.
- Click "Upload".
Ideal photo criteria would be the following:
- Must be in Gif or Jpg (jpeg) format
- no larger than 1MB in filesize
- not a copyrighted photo or image

You can delete an uploaded photo just by clicking on the "Delete “link in the slot where you want to delete the photo.
If uploading lasts too long, reduce the photo size before uploading it again.

16. Why was my photo(s) denied?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Your photo may have been denied for one of the following reasons:
1)Member not present
2) Childhood
3) Nude or Pornographic
4) Copyrighted by a third party
5) Member image too small to view
6) Quality too poor to view
7) Misleading or confusing, e.g. more than one person in a photo

17. How can I shuffle or delete my photos?
The Main photo is the one which is showed in bigger size in your profile. The “ Photo 1” is always located as main photo in your profile.
If you wish to swap “Photo 2” or “Photo 3” with the main photo(“Photo 1”), click “Use as main”button in the right of the photos will swap that photo with the main photo.
If you wish to delete photos, click “delete” button in the right of the photo.
Note: to delete the main photo (if you have more than one), first you must swap it with another photo.

Roughly we divide profiles into two groups, i.e. profiles with a photo and profiles without a photo. Profiles with a photo will get preferential listing. Within each group, profiles are listed randomly.
