• agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. We reserve the right at any time to terminate your membership if you are found to provide inaccurate, not current or incomplete information, as we determine in our sole discretion. 

Responsibilities: 

• By using our services, you will not publish or transmit any content, messages, photos or profiles that are defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that might infringe or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of datingasianbeauty.com and/or its members, and/or another party's rights
• You will use our service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions when using this Service with other members. Please pay attention on your dating behavior carefully. We are not responsible for any conduct or results caused by the members' using our services.
• You might not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any products or services through this Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mails to other datingasianbeauty.com members.
• You will be honest and serious in your communicating with our ladies or men.
• If you communicate with our ladies/men merely for making friends, not for marriage, you are supposed to remind our ladies/men of the point in case that they misunderstand your intention. 

Service management: 

• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. effective upon the date of revision. The usage of the Site after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
• Datingasianbeauty.com with its agency in China has been trying its best to ensure the authenticity of the ladies' info. However, as the Website runs as an online information forwarding facility, it does not guarantee that is 100% accuracy of the ladies' background info in our database. Also it does not guarantee replies to messages sent, nor does it take responsibility for the contacts made through it. In short, we are not liable for any outcome of reserves our services.
• We reserves the right to refuse an application  to cancel an individual's membership without notice, and even to take further action for the loss or the possible loss of Datingasianbeauty.com and our members when necessary due to your infringe of the above rules, in our sole discretion.
• Datingasianbeauty.com reserves the right to copy, reproduce, edit, modify, or transmit information or material submitted by its members to make them suitable for its service.

Privacy Policy:

Member's contact details are sold solely for use by the purchaser to contact ladies for the purpose of forming and developing relationships for love and romance. 

We will treat your all record confidential. Your personal details will only be used by datingasianbeauty.com in administration of membership.  We will never disclose your personal details to any third party without your permission. 

Fees/Termination: 

Datingasianbeauty.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any reason or no reason. Misuse of our service or breaching this Agreement by you will result in termination of membership immediately. You will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.

Usage and/or subscription fees and duration of services were provided to you upon registration and may change from time to time.  For membership, subscription fees or address purchasing, we do not have refund policy. However if there are problems with the address, we can give you credit if applicable.  

You will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement when you become a member of datingasianbeauty.com. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, your application of member registration will not be acceptable.
